Texas Pinball Festival - What pins....?

Postby hassell castle on Wed Mar 10, 2010 11:48 am

I'll see what I can do about getting that Joust here again this year.
I hope Leonard wants to bring it.

As for myself...glad to see my CV was enjoyed last year. At this point
I don't intend to bring it again...specifically because it's due for a
shop job...hasn't been done two years and time is running out on
getting it done.
I also believe someone else may be bringing there's....hint, hint Don.
I'm most likely bringing this year: PinBot, Space Shuttle, Indiana
Jones, Aquarius, Volley, and maybe Monster Bash if someone twists my
arm enough....along with some classic video games:
Donkey Kong ([CENSORED]), Tron ([CENSORED]), Qbert ([CENSORED]), Multi-Pac

Guys we've got space for 25 more machines, when these spaces are
gone...they're gone. Sign up now and help fill this place up!!! With
your help we can make this the biggest show in the Southwest!

At last count last night we have a confirmed 77 pins, 32 vids and 1
foosball table....not counting what is also in vendors booths!!!

3 new Stern pins for the Wizard Tournament! Plus 3 other titles for
some of the various other pin tourneys. As requested...one of this
years tourney machines is a classic bally ss game!

Sorry guys the foosball table is always a hit at the show and is part
of the gameroom experience. Don't worry though, it's being placed out
of the way this year and we are in a MUCH larger location....bigger
than Pinballrama

See everyone in November!

I've played Don's CV and it is nice. In fact all of the pins in Don's
gameroom are really nice.

TPF is the only pinball festival I've ever been too, but I've got to say it
was awesome.

You know, I have one funny story from last year's festival. I overheard
this lady dropping off her two kids (around 10 to 13 years old) on Saturday
afternoon telling them she would pick them up before 2am. That must have
been the cheapest baby-sitting she ever had...
