This person will be doing architecture work of Broadvision along with creating a portal for external clients. The portal is a cost savings tool that enables clients to see what medical benefits they are entitled to,what type of medication they can use, and so on. Also development for this project in ASP and Javascript. This person will also do code reviews of developers and select which software is best to intergrate on different projects.
