if you would accept a lower price on

Then as sellers we would probably make more money that way than from the
goods we sell.
I am amused that this guy has taken such offence to me asking ..........

So it was a question not an offer.
Despite what he says there was no conversation with this guy other
than my reply to him when I was next online to advise him
I bought another item elsewhere.
Anyways thats all I will say on this matter.
