Requirement:
1. Must have a valid security clearance at the "Reliability Status"
level.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years experience and knowledge of the AMMIS/PMO
applications and database architecture or equivalent experience with
development of materiel management systems and functions including
procurement and contracting, stock, inventory and asset management,
budgeting and reporting.
3. Minimum of 5-10 years of development experience on mid to large
scale system development projects.
4. Knowledge of ErWin ERX 3.5 for maintaining and enhancing data models
5. PowerBuilder 8.03(9.0), PowerBuilder Foundation Classes, Sybase
Adaptive Server Anywhere 8, Oracle 7.3/8.1.7 to develop computer programs ;
MS Visual Source Safe 6 for source code management; Install Shield 8 for
deploying application,
6. Demonstrated knowledge of application development life-cycle
methodologies and techniques to develop computer applications.
7. Knowledge of WEB development concepts
8. Knowledge and substantial experience (more than 3 years) application
testing and quality control processes
9. Knowledge and substantial experience (more than 3 years) technical
documentation development and maintenance.
